YES. I don’t know who wins in this situation, but if I were at Guinness, I would feel like my company finally achieved something. After all this record-breaker-keeping, we finally became a PART of our own record-breaker-keeping. And stuff. I love irony. Maybe they can put his lawsuit in the Guinness Book of World Records for the Shortest Time to Throw Out a Lawsuit…

A man who keeps suing people is suing the Guinness Book of World Records for saying that he’s sued the most people ever.
Jonathan Lee Riches, who is currently incarcerated in the Federal Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky, is thought to have filed over 4,000 lawsuits around the world against various people, entities, objects and concepts.
In a boldly ironic move, he has now filed a lawsuit against the Guinness Book of World Records, hoping to get an injunction against them naming him as the world’s most litigious man in their 2010 edition. ‘The Guinness Book of World Records have no right to publish my work, my legal masterpieces,’ he says in the legal filing, according to The Spokesman-Review.
He is also unhappy about the nicknames they apparently plan to ascribe to him, including ‘Sue-per-man’, ‘the duke of lawsuits’ and ‘Johnny Sue-nami’.
Previous targets of his legal ire have included George W. Bush, Che Guevara, Perez Hilton, the Eiffel Tower, Britney Spears, Adolf Hitler’s Nazi party, Google, the Roman Empire, The Queen, the Magna Carta, the Wu-Tang Clan, Plato, Emilio Estevez and Nordic Gods.
Riches has been banned from filing suits in many jurisdictions. His latest legal foray was filed in the court of Judge Justin Quackenbush, in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Washington. Judge Quackenbush dismissed Riches’ previous suit, against the Peanut Corp. of America, in February, warning him that he may be banned from filing in that court too.
Riches is currently serving time for wire fraud, but could be released by 2012.
Tour de Aruba Part Deux: Trips and Excursions

The first night, we spent quite a bit of time at the Bunker Bar taking in our share of all-inclusive beverages. The Bunker Bar is like The Keyhole of the Tamarijn. Fits about 20 people max, is old and weathered and is Awesome.

Of course, we also spent some time stumbling down the beach.

The second day of Aruba consisted of three things: drinking, sun, sea. Oh, and submitting a cake for Ace of Cakes: Aruba Edition.
David just started digging around...this is what happened.
I was also obsessed with these posts coming out of the water on Eagle Beach...and the birds on them.

That night, we had dinner, watched some dancers perform at the resort and made friends with a couple from Chicago/Poland, Martin and Kasha.

This about sums up the rest of the night...
On the third day o’ Aruba, we rented a jeep and decided to try to find our own way around the island. There were a couple places we knew we wanted to go: Baby Beach and the Natural Pool. Let’s start with the Beach of Baby.
This beach was actually really really pretty and really cool, but we probably weren’t in the best moods to take in the scenery. One of us was severely hungover and nauseous and the other one was starting to sunburn horribly and suffer from heat exhaustion. I’ll let you guess which one of us was which. (Hint: I’m extremely white.)
So why is it called Baby Beach? No matter where you wade, the water will only go up to about your stomach/chest. It’s kinda freaky.

After Baby Beach, we vroom-vroom’d our way to the National Park to find a the Natural Pool. The problem with this is there aren’t any real road signs or even ROADS for that matter to take you there. This is also the reason we took a Jeep. I felt like I was in a Jeep commercial…David drove us over rocks, steep hills….and did I mention a crap ton of BIG rocks? Yeah, it was off-roading in the truest sense. Fun as hell though! I couldn’t take many pictures due to the incredibly uneven and shaky ride, but I had to capture these:

This part of the coast was absolutely BEAUTIFUL. None of these pictures capture how breathtaking it was. The spray from the ocean, the blue waters, the gigantic, jagged black rocks…it was like something out of a movie.

Yeah, it was a particularly rough day on the coast, so as to avoid possible injuries and/or death-like symptoms, we stayed out of the pool. Maybe next year!

Vacation Picture Time!
Last night, The Dude and I returned home from Aruba. Let me tell you, it was everything I imagined (which is a very very good thing).
